Lately I’ve been making guacamole every other night. It’s delicious, healthy and so easy to make. And when I spread it on a fluffy homemade dinner roll, I’m in heaven.
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 medium tomatoes, deseeded
- 1 lime
- 1 small red onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 fresh chilli, deseeded
- salt and pepper to taste
- Chop tomatoes, chilli, onion and garlic.
- Smash avocado with a fork and mix immediately with lime juice.
- Mix together avocado, tomatoes, chilli, onion and garlic and season with salt and pepper.
Hard-boiled quail eggs (for 2 persons):
Wash carefully 8 eggs, place them in a pot and cover with cold water. Place pot on the stove and wait until the water starts to boil. Reduce heat to minimum and let eggs boil for 3 minutes. Drain eggs, let them cool in cold water and peel them.
